Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct to the appropriate office or resident room.
• Answer telephones, determine the nature of the call, and direct callers to the appropriate individual or department.
• Receive and relay information in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain current file/listing of residents by name and room number, and contact information for on-call personnel.
• Coordinate tours of the facility with residents, families, and referrers.
• Operate paging/telephone system and office equipment as required.
• Accept job applications and forward to appropriate department heads.
• Provide administrative support to staff, including typing reports and correspondence.
