Job summary

Sterling Senior Care Harbor Pointe seeks a Customer Service Associate to welcome visitors, answer calls, route inquiries, and provide clerical support to staff in a compassionate, organized environment.

You will work with supervisors to follow procedures, maintain resident files, assist with mail and office tasks, and help ensure smooth daily operations while protecting residents' information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow reception schedule/instructions from supervisor and established policies.
• Operate paging/telephone system and answer telephones, directing calls as needed.
• Maintain a current file/listing of residents by name and room number and key personnel.
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate offices or resident rooms.
• Coordinate facility tours with residents, families and referrers with interdisciplinary team members.
• Process mail and assist with typing reports, correspondence, etc.
