Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and computer literacy; Electronic health records experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out patients with courtesy and confidentiality.
• Enter patient information and updates in Medent.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect payments.
• Direct patients to waiting areas and reschedule as needed.
• Balance daily batch, print journals, and settle payments at close.
