You will process payments, manage pre-visit prep, and maintain accurate patient records with care. We offer benefits after 90 days, a competitive hourly wage, and a team that values service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out patients upon completion of appointment
• Schedule followup appointments as requested by Provider
• Verify patients insurance through phone and using insurance portals
• Collect payments at check out station as needed
• Complete pre-visit prep each day in a timely manner
• Listen to voicemails and call back in an appropriate time frame
• Scan faxes and medical records in patients chart and notify the appropriate personnel
• Provide support to staff and clients when necessary
• Provide great customer experience
