Job summary

Pandya Medical Center in Gainesville, GA is seeking a friendly Medical Office Front Desk to join our team full-time. You will check in/out patients, schedule follow-ups, verify insurance, collect payments, and support staff while delivering an excellent patient experience.

We offer health, dental and vision plans, supplemental insurance, a 401K match up to 4%, PTO and holiday pay after a 90-day waiting period, with pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out patients upon completion of appointment
• Schedule followup appointments as requested by Provider
• Verify patients insurance through phone and using insurance portals
• Collect payments at check out station as needed
• Complete pre-visit prep each day in a timely manner
• Listen to voicemails and call back in an appropriate time frame
• Scan faxes and medical records in patients chart and notify the appropriate personnel
• Provide support to staff and clients when necessary
• Provide great customer experience
