Job summary

CLS Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative - Floater to be the first point of contact for patients at our Houston-area facilities. You will greet patients, verify insurance and personal information, collect co-pays, and ensure referrals are present in the chart prior to visits.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and attention to detail. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, and travel to other CLS Health locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical office or customer service environment preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Verify patient information, including insurance coverage and personal information.
• Collect co-pays and other fees from patients at the time of service.
• Ensure the referrals are in the patient's chart before the patient comes in.
• Maintain patient records and ensure that they are accurate and up to date.
