Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service or front desk experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Check patients in and out and verify personal and insurance information.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the clinic's EHR.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing questions.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Monitor waiting area for cleanliness, comfort, and orderly traffic.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to manage patient flow and minimize wait times.
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
• Assist in onboarding new patients and educating them on clinic policies and procedures.
