Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming customer calls.
• Direct calls to the proper department and staff.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries.
• Cross-sell Occupational Health Services and safety council services.
• Enter new accounts and protocols into OmniHealth and EMR systems.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize satisfaction and efficiency.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to policies.
