Responsibilities

• Phone Coverage: Answer and handle calls with appropriate etiquette.
• Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments with correct visit type/length.
• Registration: Greet patients, collect demographics, insurance info, and register in system.
• EMR: Enter information into EMR for prescriptions, notes, referrals, and outreach.
• May manage reporting, scheduling, authorizations/referrals, and inventory.
• Travel to other practices as required by leadership.
