Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Windows, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming customer calls.
• Direct all incoming calls to the proper department and staff member.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Schedule appointments and manage EMR records.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle data securely.
• Enter new accounts and protocols into OmniHealth and EMR.
