• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receipt, routing, and fulfillment of orders from patients, providers, and medical facilities.
• Answering phones and responding to inquiries; research and documentation per guidelines.
• Accurate data entry into the EMR system.
• Pulling DME/Kits from inventory, preparing packaging, and dispensing in person.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
