Job summary

Jax Spine and Pain Center seeks an Ancillary Services Representative to accurately process patient transactions and DME orders. You will work independently and in a team to ensure timely fulfillment, documentation, and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced medical office. Prior DME experience is a plus; high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Receipt, routing, and fulfillment of orders from patients, providers, and medical facilities.
• Pulling DME/Kits from inventory and dispensing in person.
• Answering phones and researching inquiries; documenting in EMR.
• Accurate data entry into EMR and maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and telephone skills.
