Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience with DME customer service or medical/DME industry preferred.
• Maintains confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, route, and fulfill orders from patients, providers, and facilities.
• Answer phones and research documentation and insurance guidelines.
• Enter data accurately into EMR systems.
• Pull DME kits from inventory, prepare packaging, dispense in person.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Serve as a preceptor for new Employees and contribute to quality improvement.
