Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones with professional greeting and direct calls or messages.
• Verify insurance eligibility and arrange patient deliveries.
• Input orders and process paperwork and prescriptions as needed.
• Explain equipment use and provide PIC sheets to customers.
• Maintain patient files and records accurately and timely.
• Support delivery scheduling and communication with care teams.
