Qualifications

• At least one year of healthcare, DME, medical assistant, or customer service experience.
• Experience with obtaining vital signs and working directly with patients.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Triage and room patients for provider visits.
• Obtain and document basic vital signs.
• Assist with patient intake and ensure information is documented.
