Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of secretarial/office, college/vocational training or patient care.
• Prior health care experience and/or medical terminology preferred.
• BLS certification preferred (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt and personalized service to patients and visitors.
• Responds to the nurse call system and coordinates with nursing staff.
• Manages unit workflow and multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Assists with transfers/transport for procedures and communicates with care teams.
