• Reconcile patient payments and charges while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management.
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization.
• Oversee collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly.
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal departments.
