PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Part Time Patient Service Coordinator to join our New Jersey team. You will be the key link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring a seamless care journey and confident access to services.

You will verify insurance, secure prior authorizations, coordinate referrals, and optimize schedules while supporting patients and clinicians with a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, healthcare preferred.
• Spanish speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and obtain/verify prior authorizations.
• Coordinate insurance verifications with providers and departments.
• Obtain authorizations as needed and manage benefits information.
• Oversee payment collection and reconcile charges weekly/monthly.
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal teams.
