Integrated Medical Services (IMS) in Payson is seeking a professional Front Office Representative for our multispecialty clinic. You will handle phone support, patient check-in/out, scheduling, and basic insurance tasks to keep the practice running smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Athena system experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and organize front office tasks and workflow.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate staff.
• Schedule patient appointments and tests/procedures.
• Check-in and check-out patients; verify demographics and insurance information.
• Assist with insurance authorization/verification when needed.
• Collect co-pays and verify patient coverage.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families.
• Scan and file documents into the system (Athena).
• Maintain organized front office workflow and communication with clinical staff.
