Job Title: Patient Service Coordinator III

  1. Timely and accurate recording of patient demographics, insurance information, charges, and collections.
  2. Scheduling patient appointments efficiently.
  3. Cross-training in multiple administrative support functions.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: At least one year of clerical experience in a medical office setting; related experience may be considered.
  • Skills: Proficiency with medical office software, excellent verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to interact across cultures and levels of authority, maintain confidentiality, and work as part of a team. Basic medical terminology knowledge required; familiarity with EPIC systems and billing requirements preferred.
Additional Skills

Proficiency in all practice-related computer software is preferred.
