Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Recent customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly at reception and manage front desk tasks.
• Screen calls, take messages, and relay information.
• Explain insurance benefits and patient financial responsibilities.
• Process referrals and schedule first visits.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment.
