Job summary

Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA seeks a part-time Patient Services Coordinator to coordinate patient care, maintain medical records, and support providers across Le Mars and Remsen locations. Flexible days per week with assigned clinic coverage, including urgent care.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience; a Mandatory Reporter training certificate is a plus, and certification is required for employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a customer service setting.
• Mandatory Reporter training certificate is a plus; certification is required as an employee.

Responsibilities

• Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) is responsible for coordinating services for patients receiving care from their provider. PSC must be able to manage all aspects of their patients’ medical records, and provide support functions for the assigned provider. Must perform all these duties in a calm and pleasant manner, while performing duties accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monday: Remsen Clinic, Tuesday & Wednesday: Le Mars Clinic, Friday: Urgent Care, Le Mars
