Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA is seeking a Part-Time Patient Services Coordinator to join our clinic team. The PSC coordinates services for patients, manages medical records, and provides support for the assigned provider, all in a calm and accurate manner.

Typical schedule includes Remsen Clinic, Le Mars Clinic, and Urgent Care days. Requires a High School diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience; Mandatory Reporter training is a plus and certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a customer service setting.
• Mandatory Reporter training certificate is a plus; certification is required as an employee.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate services for patients receiving care from their provider.
• Manage all aspects of patients’ medical records.
• Provide support functions for the assigned provider.
• Perform duties calmly, accurately and in a timely manner.
