Job summary

Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has an opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Specialty Clinic. The role is 32-37.5 hours per week with 4-5 days, no weekends or evenings, and day shift hours.

Under direct supervision of the physician, you will assist in patient care, obtain vitals, and manage referrals and messages for multiple specialists. A solid work-life balance environment is offered along with added benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Iowa (RN).
• BLS certification is required as an employee.
• Mandatory Reporter training certification is required as an employee.

Responsibilities

• Work on referrals, messages, and follow-up for multiple specialists.
• Assist in patient care under direct supervision of the physician.
• Obtain vital signs, blood pressures, height and weights and record information.
• Support specialty providers in the clinic setting with general clinic nurse functions.
