Qualifications

• Computer proficiency and 55 wpm typing.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients.
• Organizing and coordinating patient intake and other appointments.
• Accurately enters/updates patient information in system.
• Assisting patients with completion of paperwork.
• Scanning, updating and filing medical records.
• Answering phone calls and questions promptly.
• Processing medical insurance information and verifying eligibility.
• Handling cash and co-payments.
• Providing outstanding customer service to every patient.
• Informing site manager of wait times and inquiries.
