Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a compassionate, full-time Patient Services Coordinator in New Bern, NC to join our front desk team. You will check in patients, collect co-pays, manage medical records, and process paperwork with a patient-first approach.

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Patient Services Coordinator on the team, you will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical functions in a clinic that serves adults with substance use, mental health and co-occurring medical conditions. The PSC will serve as a member of the front desk administrative team that checks in patients, collects co-pays, handles medical records and processes patient paperwork and data. As the face of the organization at check-in and check-out the PSC proves excellent customer service to all patients and families visiting the clinic.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive pay: $14 -16/hr. based on experience for this Full-time position.
