Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors promptly and professionally.
• Assist with inbound/outbound calls and faxes; route to appropriate team members.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information at check-in/over the phone.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments to optimize provider availability.
• Collect co-pays and process payments; support sliding fee arrangements.
• Assist with patient checkout, follow-up scheduling, and referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and comply with policies.
