Minimum High School diploma or GED with preferred 3 years in a medical office setting; knowledge of medical terminology and basic MS Office/EMR experience helpful.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Prefer 3 years work experience in medical office or hospital.
• Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel) and EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets, instructs, directs, schedules, registers and performs check-in duties for patients.
• Serves as a liaison between patients and medical support staff.
• Maintains a positive attitude with patients, visitors and staff; supports age-appropriate care.
