Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and healthcare settings preferred.

• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming calls and transfer accurately using approved systems.
• Provide accurate information and directions to patients and staff.
• Support visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional tone.
• Follow on-call schedules and responding to emergencies as required.
• Assist with paging and translation services when needed.
• Stay updated with email communications and participate in meetings.
• Support smooth shift transitions within the department.
