Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scheduling all appointments from providers in accordance to the scheduling grid.
• Register patient in system ensuring all demographic and insurance information is accurate and up to date.
• Answer all incoming calls, greet patients on the phone, and maintain a calm, supportive environment.
• Verify last time a prescription was filled and relay refill requests to clinical staff.
• Relay messages to clinical staff verbatim and verify patient identity.
