The Patient Service Representative will perform general office duties, scheduling, coding, registration and billing to support clinicians and patients in a busy ambulatory setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related customer service experience, with flexibility for clinic hours and some weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient services and scheduling information to patients.
• Enter billing details at time of service and follow up on missing information.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Support providers and ensure a compassionate patient experience.
