Job summary

Aurora Medical Group (AMG) is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join the Front End Staff at AMG Medical Office Building. This full-time 36-hour role supports providers, connects with patients, and helps ensure a seamless, compassionate experience during visits.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm. Requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service experience; previous experience with difficult callers is a plus.

• 1–2 years of related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/patients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and front desk support for patients.
