Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology beneficial.
• Ability to input demographic info accurately in scheduling systems.

Responsabilités

• Schedule appointments for patients and manage large inbound call volume.
• Answer calls promptly using a professional script and route requests as needed.
• Enter accurate demographic and insurance information into Allscripts.
• Inform callers of documents to bring to their appointment.
• Ensure 15–30 minute early arrival for paperwork completion.
• Provide patient-focused information and resolve issues with alternatives.
