Patient Services Ambassador (Dietary Aide)

Join us at Southcoast Health as a Patient Services Ambassador (Dietary Aide) and be part of a community-focused, care-driven team.

Position Details

• Hours: 8 hours per shift
• Shift: Evening, with every other weekend and holiday rotation (3:30pm - 7:30pm or 4:00pm - 8:00pm)
• Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River, MA

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer and patient satisfaction by assisting with meal selections and dietary restrictions
• Update and correct patient menus with guidance from dietitians
• Describe ingredients and features of menu items
• Perform data entry of patient food preferences using the Patient Services Software Platform and EPIC as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; additional training or experience preferred
• Must be vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption

Compensation

Pay range: USD $15.78 - USD $22.22 per hour, based on experience
