Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive and manage wait time.
• Assist patients with checkout processes including copying documents.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Manage medical records (files/scans/prep for schedule).
• Ensure all correspondence is scanned or filed promptly.
• Process requests for medical records release and logs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
