Qualifications

• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, high-quality patient service to those arriving for appointments or calling for information.
• Assist with billing information entry at the time of service and follow-up on missing information.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and support the care team.
