Aurora Medical Group (AMG), part of Advocate Health, is seeking a Patient Service Representative for our Green Bay area. The role supports providers, connects with patients, and helps ensure a seamless, compassionate experience across the ambulatory care team.
Position requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service experience, with the ability to handle difficult callers. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with travel to multiple occupational health locations.
