Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Insurance verification experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Maintain communication with attorneys, insurers and other partners; coordinate with operations and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance authorizations and verifications.
