Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial point of contact for patients and visitors, creating and providing positive patient experiences.
• Register patients by collecting demographic information and ensuring accurate data.
• Inform patients about delays and wait times and follow up as needed.
• Handle patient inquiries or complaints and route to supervisor as necessary.
• Validate IDs and insurance cards and scan documents into the chart electronically.
