Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our front office team. You will manage front desk duties, patient intake, and insurance verification, ensuring a smooth, patient-centered experience.

In addition to front desk tasks, you will support medical records and technologist teams, coordinate with staff, and uphold HIPAA compliance while delivering quality customer service. This is a full-time role with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient with computers and typing.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: be the first point of contact, register patients, and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Medical Records: verify and manage health records with HIPAA compliance.
• Technologist Support: assist scheduling and prepare patients to help keep exams on time.
• Other Duties as Assigned: support team as needed.
