Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and patient focus to make each encounter positive
• Work with clinical colleagues and administrative teammates to create a cohesive team
• Verify patient demographic information upon arrival and update insurance details
• Scan insurance cards and driver licenses and enter referrals into the system
• Collect copayments, coinsurances, deductibles, and balances
• Prep daily clinics for upcoming appointments and print related documents
• Create patient records for encounters and ensure accurate, swift documentation
• Schedule follow-up appointments as needed
