Covenant Health's Covenant Medical Group in Tennessee seeks a Patient Service Representative for Pellissippi Primary Care. You will handle front-desk checkout, collect encounter forms, and balance daily cash in a team-based environment.

The role requires working knowledge of clinic scheduling, billing entry, and insurance familiarity, with an emphasis on accuracy and patient-centered service. HS diploma or GED preferred with relevant experience.

Formación

• One year of medical office experience or three years of total customer-facing experience.
• Familiarity with clinic appointment scheduling, billing data entry, and CPT/ICD coding is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative coverage for patient service functions at checkout.
• Collect and process encounter form data and outstanding balances.
• Balance daily work and computer end of day and assist on calls as needed.
• Schedule return visits and end-of-day procedures, and support billing
• Collaborate with patients, physicians, and care team members.
