• One year of medical office experience with clinic appointment scheduling and billing knowledge required.
• OR a minimum of three years of total customer facing/customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative coverage for patient service functions in check-out operations.
• Collect and process encounter form data and outstanding balances.
• Balance daily work and computer tasks and assist in scheduling return visits.
