The role focuses on acting as a liaison between patients and physicians, guiding patients through accessing health services, and ensuring insurance verification is completed accurately.

The incumbent will facilitate referrals to appropriate resources, coordinate with referring physicians, and conduct follow-up communications using EPIC/Care Connect to ensure continuity of care

In this role, you will provide direct support to the physicians of the Virtual Immediate Care and patients seen for treatment. Major duties include. but are not limited to:

• acting as a liaison for patients and physicians
• assisting patients in accessing service within the health system
• completing insurance verification
• facilitating communication with referring physicians and processing referrals
• referring patients to appropriate resources and providing follow-up through telephone and EPIC/Care Connect

Salary Range: $31.88 - $45.66/hourly
