Join a dedicated team supporting patients across 13 Aurora Cancer Care clinics throughout the Greater Milwaukee area. This position plays a vital role in both reception/check-in operations and patient scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience for patients receiving oncology and hematology care.

Position Details:

Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Scheduled shifts are 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

No weekends or holidays

• Mayfair South (Wauwatosa)
• West Allis
• South Shore
• St. Luke's Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic (VLCC)
• St. Luke's Suite 980

• Southern Lakes (Burlington)

A Level 1 PSR will float between 6 clinics within a specific region and a Level 2 PSR will float between all 13 clinics.

Must have reliable transportation

Successful candidates will demonstrate flexibility, strong communication skills, exceptional customer service, and a desire to develop expertise in the specialized field of oncology and hematology scheduling while supporting patients and care teams across multiple clinic settings.

Pay Range:

$20.80 - $31.20

Job Description Summary:

To provide efficient, effective, quality customer service and practice support through a variety of general office duties including scheduling, coding, registration and billing. Maximize revenues by collecting payment at time of service and entering accurate and up-to-date billing information (address, insurance coverage, etc.) into the patient accounting system. Assists clinical staff in maintaining accurate medical records.

• Billing Services: Ensures entry at time of service of billing information on the patient and payer and accurate follow-up on missing information.
• Medical Record Services: Upholds standards of the practice and of the medical group for accurate and timely medical records.
