Job summary

Community Care Partners is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Redmond, OR to greet patients, handle check-ins, and manage registrations and records. You will balance cash, inform patients about costs, and support clinical staff while maintaining confidentiality and a welcoming reception.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to serve diverse patients effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and post copayments and outstanding balances; balance cash drawer daily.
  • Inform patients of care costs and collect required fees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Answer phones professionally and route calls appropriately.
  • Keep reception and waiting areas clean and sanitized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly, supportive manner
  • Check patients in for appointments and scan documents into charts

  • Assess walk-in traffic for potential emergencies

  • Provide coverage for medical records and prior authorizations as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
