This position is for skilled call center candidates at our site in Watertown, MA. Applicants must live in Massachusetts, have EPIC/registration system experience (please list on resume), and reliable high-speed home internet. The role is fully remote after a training period of approximately 2-6 weeks, depending on experience, and candidates should be close enough to the site for on-site training if needed. This is a great opportunity for growth within the call center field and to make a positive impact on patient care.
Under supervision, the representative receives incoming calls, assists patients with appointment and care management, and supports interdisciplinary care delivery. The role requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to strengthen patient-clinician relationships. Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential to improve patient access and understanding.
