SUMMARY
This position seeks skilled call center candidates at our site in Norwood, MA. Applicants must reside in Massachusetts, have EPIC/registration system experience (please list on resume), and have reliable high-speed home internet. The role is fully remote after approximately 2-6 weeks of training, which depends on previous experience. Candidates should be close enough to our site for on-site training if needed. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within the call center field and make a positive difference for our patients within a reputable company.
Under direct supervision, the representative receives incoming calls and inquiries, assisting patients with appointment and care management. The role involves support duties that facilitate an interdisciplinary, coordinated care delivery model, playing an integral role in patient support. The representative provides exceptional customer service and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills to strengthen patient/clinician relationships. Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential to ensure improved patient access and understanding.
