Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients with exemplary service.
• Organize patient intake and appointment coordination.
• Enter and update patient information in the system.
• Assist patients with paperwork when necessary.
• Scan, update, and file medical records.
• Answer calls, questions, and inquiries promptly.
• Process insurance information and verify eligibility; liaise with Billing.
• Handle cash and co-payments accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every patient.
• Inform site manager of wait times and inquiries.
