Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families, schedule patient appointments, and coordinate admissions/procedures.
• Answer the telephone promptly and direct callers to the appropriate person.
• Prepare charts for new patients and ensure forms are complete.
• Request medical records and provide physician with necessary information for visits.
• Maintain patient information confidentiality and accurate data entry.
